Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the tt8.cash platform, including visitors browsing the site, registered members, and active players using any services offered by TT8. By accessing or using the tt8 platform, you confirm that:

Member Eligibility

The tt8 platform's services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. TT8 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals and employs multiple mechanisms to verify age at the point of registration.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Non-TT8 Employee: TT8 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to open active player accounts on this platform.
• One Account Only: Each individual may only hold one active account at tt8. Owning more than one account is a serious violation of these terms.

TT8 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account if any eligibility criteria are found to be unmet, with no obligation to provide an explanation.

Registration & Account Management

To make full use of tt8's services, you will need to register an account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.

Regarding the security of your tt8 account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tt8 account password and login credentials.
• You may not share your account, password, or login credentials with any other party.
• If you suspect your tt8 account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
• TT8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

TT8 reserves the right to initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or bank statement for identity and address verification purposes.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the tt8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). TT8 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits:

TT8 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the registered member. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and returned. TT8 does not accept cash payments by any means. All funds deposited into your tt8 account are strictly for betting and gaming purposes.

Withdrawals

TT8 members may request a withdrawal from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same member's name as used during tt8 account registration.
• TT8 reserves the right to conduct KYC checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes to a local Malaysian bank account or supported eWallet.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only eligible balances may be withdrawn.
• TT8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days if required for security review or compliance purposes.

General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the tt8 platform is governed by the following general rules, which apply across all game types — including sports betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), esports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, Valorant), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), online slots, and all other TT8 products:

• Finality of Results: All betting outcomes processed by the tt8 system are final and binding, except in cases of clear and proven technical error.
• Betting Limits: Each bet type has minimum and maximum limits that are set and displayed within the platform. TT8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Invalid Bet: Bets placed using ineligible bonus funds, or placed under circumstances indicating system manipulation, will be voided without notice.
• Technical Failure: In the event of a serious technical disruption during an active game or bet, TT8 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Match Cancelled: For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified under the relevant sports rules, the bet will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Odds: All odds displayed on the tt8 platform are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

TT8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses received must meet the specified wagering requirements before any bonus balance or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in eligible wagers before a withdrawal is permitted).
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period will automatically expire and be forfeited from the account.

• Bonus Abuse: TT8 actively monitors betting activity. TT8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. TT8's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and awards are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt8 platform. Any violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances including winnings:

• Registration of more than one account on the tt8 platform by the same individual, whether using identical or different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to exploit or manipulate the tt8 betting system.
• Collusion between players in live casino games such as blackjack or poker, or in any bet involving multiple parties.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the tt8 software or payment systems. Players who become aware of any such issues are required to report them to tt8 support immediately.
• Transfer of funds between different tt8 member accounts without official approval from TT8.
• Using the tt8 platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using payment details that do not belong to you.

Account Closure & Suspension

A tt8 account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may close your tt8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• Temporary Suspension: TT8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for review purposes, including KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming.
• Closure by TT8: TT8 reserves the right to permanently close an account if a breach of terms, fraud, collusion, or any unlawful activity is proven. In such cases, TT8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who apply for self-exclusion through tt8's responsible gaming programme will have their access suspended for the chosen duration. All eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the review process.

• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your tt8 account login details secure.
• Betting or game outcomes that have been confirmed and processed by the tt8 system functioning correctly.

The tt8 platform is provided "as is" and TT8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its continuous availability, the accuracy of its content, or its suitability for any particular purpose. TT8 reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend any part of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

TT8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any amendment will be clearly displayed on the tt8 platform stating the effective date. Your continued use of the tt8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of that amendment.

TT8 encourages all members to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. A version history of this document is maintained and can be requested through the tt8 support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the tt8 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process.
